training hard for the season ahead

After the loss to scorpions coach, Mark, was disapointed with the 11-man effort and Arsenal are expecting long hard trainings ahead. Training sessions will be 2-3 times a week, 1 fitness, 1 ball skills and games sense, and sometimes another to just play football. The team will be worked hard and hopefuly it will pay off against the next team.

Stallions blog now Arsenal

Because the Stallions season is over the Blog posting will be about the A and B grade teams of Arsenal which the Stallions have been asked to join. The games will be played on Sundays and the Season hasn't started to well for the A grade Arsenal going down to scorpions 6-1. The game was hard for Arsenal with only 12 players but then John was injured in the first 10 minutes to leave Arsenal 11 players and still two halves of football to go, whilst Scorpions had subs.
Arsenal tryed but with players not at full fitness and fatigue hitting the Scorpions prevailed.

STALLIONS gain rep.

Stallions have gained a reputation in world of football. After their effort in the 7-aside competition the development officer Mark, former player of Wattford, asked around for the Stallions team wanting them to play for his B grade team that is being put together. The development squad is as good as it gets in this little town putting Stallions up in the world.

Task 13 copyright

A creator of a piece of art interested in copyright laws becuase it helps recognises them as the person(s) who created the piece and stops people taking credit for a peice of work that they did not work on. i saw a photo on someone elses blog that i had taken i would feel pretty angry because they would be taking credit for something that they do not own. But if someone cited the photo i would feel proud o fmy work because someone has rcognised that the work is mine

STALLIONS OUT OF THE FINALS RACE

Stallions have suffered a loss once again but this time in a tight game that went all the way to penalties. the fisrt half was full of anticipation and good play both teams were in it to win it. Buckleys went out hard but great defending and goal keeping kept Stallions in the game. Stallions had a chance to a goal when the striker Kynan weaved past two defenders and shot just missing the goals by and inch.

The Buckleys were unlcuky hitting the post on three occasions. But the Buckleys broke through, because of a 5 minute lack of intensity and the defence was caught of guard and their striker crossed it and on the other end of the cross was the buckleys midfielder and he put it in the bottom left hand corner. the end of the first half brought suspense when Louis got anxious and footy tackled a player but luckly the referee had his eyes on his watch, if the referee had seen that it would have been a sure red card.

the second half whistle blew and the game was on again Steven stole the ball and passed to Paul the keeper came off of his line to mark Kynan and then Paul took the opporunity and slotted a cracking goal into the net along the ground. The Stallions roared wit happiness. But time was not on their side and the whistle ended the game but there was still extra time.

Both teams had chances but could not convert but the biggest chance came when Kynan and Paul had messed up the defence and they were 2 on 1 with the keeper but Paul ruined the chance with a poor shot that was comfortably saved by the keeper. The whistle blew and it was penalties. Louis decied to shoot second. Buckleys took their shot and scored. Louis then put his away in the top left corner. Buckleys struck again. Kynans shot was saved with the tip of the keepers foot. Buckleys hit back again. Then Paul converted. The Buckleys shot and with a great save from Daniel the Stallions were back in the game. Steven got his in. But so did the Buckleys. Geordie made his. But again so did the Buckleys. Marcelis was on the spot but the pressure told and the ball sailed over the bar. The Stallions were to suffer their worst lost but play their best game.

STALLIONS WITH A CHANCE

Stallions are tying 3rd in their pool and still with a chance to get to the final. play offs are on tongiht and if Stallions can defeat the all strong team of the Buckleys they have a chance to claim another title in the 7aside competiton. Stallions had a frustrating loss to Yirara last week with the absence of some key players but are hopeful to have an all strong team of 9 tonight. But the goals will be vulnerable because the star keeper Ryan will be on exchange and will be replaced by a part time keeper Daniel. If Stallions play the way they did against the Vikings ART then the chances of victory and a trophy will be very high.

Stallions beat by the unlikely

Last nights effort against Yirara was very poor. With the players not playing to thier normal game going down to Yirara 2-1. The intensity was low and so was the game play with 'Leo the Lion' recieving a yellow card. Stallions always seem to play poorly against low quality teams. Yirara stuck with the first blow within the first half with a poor pass that went straight to the opposition and with the goal keeper, Ryan, left with no defence and one on one his chances of saving the goal were very low. The whistle was blown and the first half came to a close. Yirara hit again with all the Stallions up field whilst Marcelis was left alone defending two players but it was too much and Yirara had a second goal. Stallions for the first time in the match started to actually play football making runs down the wings and creating space. Matt made a break and Yirara was caught off guard, he crossed it in and Kynan was there made a touch and volleyed the ball in. There was a late chance in the match for Stallions to draw when Ryan came out of goals and created an opportunity that was just stopped by the goal keeper. Minutes later the whistle blew and Stallions became the victims of loss for the secoond time.

LINE-UP

The likely hood of Paul playing Stallions tommorow is very low. With lasts weeks draw against Thorny Devils came an injury which puts the striker in doubt for tommorows match against the all strong team of Yirara. This means with the other striker out and Brendon in Townsville Stallions will have 2 subs and Matt the magician will move up to support last weeks goal scorer Kynan. The team line-up will be:
____________________________________________________________________
Strikers: Matt and Kynan
Midfielders: Leonard and Geordie
Defenders: Louis and Marcelis
Goal Keeper: Ryan
